This puts him at either being Virgo, or Libra. Admittingly he has some characteristics of both, but I’ve been leaning more to the Virgo side.
Any followers that think deep into astrology for their characters or just deep into astrology have any input?

I kind of agree with Maria-mun. Him being born on the cusp of Libra/Virgo would make perfect sense. But I think he thinks he’s more of a Libra than a Virgo.
In my opinion, the characteristics for Libra suit him perfectly! Also Libra’s are well known for their money-making schemes, they love adventure and they are generally very sociable. See where I’m going with this?
Whereas Virgo’s can be very cold and aloof at times. And prefer to be by themselves. I also associate Squall with Virgo. He’s born on the cusp of Leo and Virgo; but he’s so much more of a anti-social Virgo rather than a egotistical Leo.
But I do see both Virgo and Libra characteristics with Zidane. Maybe you could headcanon him being born on the cusp? Or do what I did with Selphie; list their main zodiac characteristics and see what fits more.
